I am a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, and Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, San Francisco, CA.

I have over 15 years of experience in the Restaurant Industry, working in bay areas top restaurants.

I specialize in Italian, French, American Regional, and Southwestern cuisines. I have extensive nutritional training in all diets, and specialized programs like Low Sodium, high Cholesterol, and diabetes.

I look forward to designing a menu that is a customized fit for each and every client.
